Our Founder
Lena Dí is an international plant-based Holistic Self-Care Consultant who equips her clients with tools that assist them with prioritizing their well-being and incorporating regular self-care practices. She is the founder of Lena Dí Wellness LLC and holds a BA in Psychology and Communication from Rutgers University along with certifications in personal training, nutrition consulting, yoga, and meditation.
After getting laid off from her social work job in 2013, Lena began a holistic health journey that transformed her physically, mentally, spiritually, and energetically. These experiences inspired her to become a wellness entrepreneur to support both youth and adults in underserved communities where she resided. She was unaware that within 11 years, this path would present her with various opportunities to provide self-care services in the NJ/NY area and abroad (Central America, the Caribbean, and Africa) for retreat attendees, athletes, public school students, university students, corporate employees, and conference participants.
Lena Dí was the recipient of the 2018 Stockton University’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Success Award, Honored by Stockton University's School of Business for her work in the community in 2024, appears in two internationally published yoga journals as a lead yoga teacher in research studies conducted with cancer survivors, is featured in a mural in Atlantic City's City Hall Building, and has been featured numerous times on Fox 29 Philly News and in the Press of Atlantic City. Lena is grateful for the opportunity to not only have a career that she is passionate about, but to be able to share it with countless people around the globe!
